There are no service charges for purchases made in person.
There are service charges (TicketPro) for purchases made by phone or online.
General Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Last minute tickets
Subject to availability, some tickets can be purchased at the Big Top one hour prior to the performance. Cash only.
Change of program
Performers and repertory may change without notice. The Festival cannot be held responsible for last-minute changes.
Latecomers
For the safety and comfort of the performers and other audience members, latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break during the performance, whenever possible.
