Colourful folk music, energetic rhythms, catchy lyrics… and a passion and energy that are absolutely contagious!
Friday, July 27	6 p.m. 9 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	Sokalo de Zogma			Every city has its own vibe, images, characters. Sokalo proposes a contemporary approach to music and movement, merging Quebec folklore with influences from other lands. An intensely rhythmical experience that takes audiences on a high-stepping, percussive journey.
Saturday, July 28	6 p.m. 9:30 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	Cellos on Fire			A formation of eight students from the Saguenay Conservatory of Music (five cellists, a pianist, a guitarist and a drummer), Cellos on Fire offers an unusual interpretation of heavy metal songs. Can you imagine Metallica done by classically trained musicians? This is your chance. A must-see!
Wednesday, August 1	6 p.m. 9 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	Tango X 3			The renowned La Piernas Tango School presents Tango X 3, an interactive show that takes us straight to the heart and soul of Argentinean tango. Executed by three dancers, and accompanied by the music of Trio Argentina under the direction of Jose-Maria Gianelli, Tango X 3 relates the origins, evolution, and future of the most compelling, elegant of dances. Listen, participate and join the dance!
Thursday, August 2	6 p.m. 9 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	Studio Shake			The dynamic and ever-popular Studio Shake troupe is back with a new show! An effervescent mix of hip hop, jazz, and funk in a performance that promises to wow the crowd once again!
Friday, August 3	6 p.m. 9 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	You And Me Falling			Amazing juggling, awesome acrobatics, and eye-popping contortions… Four students from the École nationale de cirque de Montréal have created an act in which physical skill meets a new form of expression. A bold and creative blend of dance, music, and circus arts.
Saturday, August 4	6 p.m. 9 p.m.	Desjardin Stage	American Stir			Spotlight on our neighbours from the South! Accordion player Pierre-Olivier Ouellet and his band will play a selection of greatest hits from the American songbook. The show covers all musical genres, from rock and bluegrass to jazz, blues, and country. Music, born and bred in America, performed with verve and heart.
